If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition. Items must remain in their original, unopened packaging unless previously approved. A 5% restocking fee will be applied unless otherwise authorized by ACoinStore.com.
Please ensure that items are packaged securely for return, as ACoinStore.com cannot be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. Once returns are received, refunds will be issued promptly.
All bullion sales are final.
An initial shipping fee of $6.00 is charged for the first item. By purchasing multiple items in one order, customers can effectively reduce their cost per item. This initial shipping and handling charge covers our costs for postage, labor, and packaging materials. Additional items in the same order incur no extra shipping charges. Please note that orders exceeding $250.00 are shipped free of charge.
We accept payments through Checks, Money Orders, Cash, PayPal, and Credit Cards, in that order of preference. For bank wire information, please contact ACoinStore.com at 856-761-7693.
Trades are also accepted as a form of payment, provided we can agree on the terms of the trade.
Orders paid by Personal Check and eCheck are processed immediately based on eBay feedback and references. However, we reserve the right to delay shipment of orders paid by personal check until the check has cleared the bank.
You can typically expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days from receipt of your payment, often sooner.
International customers: Please note that we only accept international orders of $500 or more.
